- Strong domain experience in pharmaceuticals industry (pharma retail would be preferable) - 2 - 10 years experience of working in a consulting firm preferably with exposure to pharma projects, or worked in a pharmaceutical company, or a pharma startup - Exposure to new business building, technology, stakeholder management, IT platforms (in consulting projects) - Understanding of technology design, architecture, and solution delivery - Experience in Agile methodologies - Ability to lead projects from concept to closure - Must be a strong collaborator and a team player - Passion for innovation and - can do- attitude - Undergraduate degree from Tier I and II schools (BE, BTech, Biotech) or pharmaceuticals (B.Pharma) background - MBA from a reputed postgraduate school (Preferred)
