Responsibilities :

- Identify candidates as per the job requirements by studying job description and qualifications.

- Search resume from different sources like job portals, groups, references, networking sites etc. as required.

- Submit right candidates (US Citizens, Green Cards and H1Bs) for the requirements as per Client need.

- Maintain and communicate candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 2 years experience working for Direct Clients/ VMS.

- Good working experience on Full Time and W2 positions.

- Hands-on experience on Job portals (CB, Dice & Monster US) and Search Engines.

- Excellent with Boolean Strings & Rate Negotiation.

- Excellent English communication, both written and spoken skills.

- Proficiency in using MS word and excel.
