Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Hands on experience in Model development/ Validation in Retail / Consumer banking. - Proficient in statistical analysis and modeling. - Responsible for Performing independent model validation and peer review of all newly-developed complex predictive models to ensure they follow good modeling practices and are in compliance with Model Governance Policy, Guidelines. - Majorly Responsible for conducting annual model validations to ensure models are working as intended and if the existing validation activities are sufficient. To be eligible for this role you will require: - Graduate / Post Graduate From Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes with minimum 3-8 years of work experience in Model Development / Model validation for Consumer /Retail banking domain. - Proficient in SAS / R / S-Plus/ Matlab.
