Mobisy Technologies - Key Account Manager (3-7 yrs)

We can make you a kickass Key Account Manager but you have to be passionate about customer success & sales and help us scale the revolution we have begun in SaaS Mobility with Bizom - a leading retail intelligence platform with over 500 leading CPG brands as our customers.
You will work with the Head of Sales and collaborate with the multiple teams to lead the impact of Bizom in the CPG industry in developing markets like India, Africa, and the Middle East.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Take full ownership of the project by being the designated POC of Bizom to the customer, and be the project owner of the assigned accounts. Stay involved in the project and maintain alignment with all the involved stakeholders from both sides.
- Client Relationship management: Maintain constant engagement with all major stakeholders at client end (Business and Functional) through weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Analytics/Insights: Come up with regular insight backed discussions based on client specific data to suggest industry best practices and possible addition of modules to drive the desired Business outcomes for Bizom and enhance client benefit.
- Upsell/Xselll: Create upsell/xsell pipelines for all the assigned accounts by understanding the client's business challenges and their desired outcomes and achieve the same through eRTM approach..
- Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Gather new requirements from the client by thoroughly understanding their expected outcome and documenting the requirements in pre-defined formats.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Work closely with the assigned BA for each account who in turn will work with the R&D and CCD team for executions and ensuring faster executions of new initiatives in all accounts.
- Leadership: KAMs are leaders who are accountable, enthusiastic and passionate. Must know how to delegate, be a team player, keep learning and share information. The strategic nature of the role means the KAM acts as a visionary. Therefore, you will be expected to lead both customers and internal teams on key initiatives.
- Passion to take full ownership of work, and be a little crazy about sales.
- An interest in playing with data and coming up with some great insights to help clients.
- Should always be willing to learn and grow.
- It will be a huge bonus if you have worked in the consulting space in retail / FMCG in emerging markets.
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills.
