Mobisy - Specialist - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary: As a finance analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision- making across the organization.

You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports & MIS, conduct budgeting and forecasting, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare budgets and forecasts, variance analyses, long- term planning, risk/opportunity assessments, and periodic/ad hoc reporting.

- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.

- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.

- Identify areas for revenue opportunities and cost improvements

- Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.

- Prepare ad- hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision- making.

- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

- A master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Exposure to financial reporting and analysis, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.

- Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides & Docs) & Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.

- Strong attention to detail and problem- solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- A proactive and problem- solving mindset, with a willingness to learn and improve.
