The Mobility Leader will be responsible for providing the required technical leadership on developing company's mobile products critical to business growth. Target candidate should be a highly motivated, result-oriented Mobility Leader who would be responsible to lead the mobile capability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own portfolio of mobile products and having experience of building and managing development teams delivering high quality enterprise ready mobile software.

- Contributes to the strategic vision and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding mobile software development and provide roadmap of Enterprise Mobility business to the organization

- Provide architectural oversite & direction for mobile solutions, including in the following areas: mobile architecture, integration design, cloud/network gateway, mobile platform data architecture and systems engineering.

- Articulates design and resolves technical/design conflicts as they occur.

- Strong technical experience in developing solutions using various mobile technologies (Android, iOS, Hybrid), device platform capabilities and web/gateway integration

- Able to design and architect mobile solutions across multiple platforms and cross platforms (Android, Phonegap, Cordova, IOS, Xamarin, Native).

- Develops & implements design & architectural best practices for the mobile programs

- Lead resolution of technical issues, to ensure architecture integrity is maintained. Participate in program steering committee meetings & executive meetings.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

An engineering graduate with 10 to 14 yrs experience.

- Demonstrated ability to hire, build and manage high performance teams

- Total Experience of 10+ years with exposure to mobile technologies.

- Deep hands-on technical expertise with a strong technical vision with-An in-depth understanding of programming concepts and design patterns

- Exceptional understanding of scalability and modularity

- Experience in architecting, developing and maintaining massively scalable systems

- Willingness to try new technological innovations

- Ability to interface across all levels of the organization and work with multiple stakeholders.

- Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues
