Role: Senior Executive/AM - HR Operations Location: Bangalore Job Description: - Onboarding formalities - Responsible for Complete on boarding process right from explaining job responsibilities. - Conducting &amp; Co-ordinating Individual and group induction program's for new joiners at all levels. - Orientation of the new joiners to the company values, policies &amp; procedures. - HR SPOC for employees. - Documentation, filling &amp; backend related work to all hires. - Timely resolution of the employee grievances &amp; queries etc. - Attendance Record Management Ensured Leave Policy Management &amp; Approval. - Employee profile in our records as well as in HRMS. - Exit formalities. - Bring in new Employee Engagement initiatives. - Employee profile in our records as well as in HRMS. - Handle payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) - HR Policy Implementation - Ensure HR policies are followed through the organisation &amp; organizational values are practiced and in the right spirit - HR Audits &amp; Reports - Bring in new Employee Engagement initiatives. - Design and implement company policies. - Statutory Compliances PF, PT, ESIC-Calculations, Issuing &amp; activation of UAN Number, PF Transfer / Settlement.
