Role & Responsibilities : - Deliver an effective digital content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost - Collaborate with design, writing and production teams to produce and distribute high-quality content - Develop and maintain editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met - Edit, proofread and improve the content - Optimise content considering SEO and Google Analytics - Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and users engagement metrics - Be the sole person responsible for any internal/external digital or offline content created for teams or overall company - Establish KPIs for measuring content performance and report at a weekly & monthly cadence - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Ability to draft briefs for copywriters, designers etc - Understand impact of content on overall customer engagement and prioritize accordingly - Establish guidelines and best practices across teams on content generation Qualifications : - MBA from premium institute with 6+ years- experience in content marketing within an agency or content production or ecommerce client - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation - Have experience in both long form and short form of content - A track record of collaboration leading to successful campaign results. - A developed understanding of content planning frameworks, strong strategy development skills. - Understanding about innovative content platforms, media networks and knowledge on influencer marketing is a plus. - Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience of working with tight deadlines and under pressure.
