Ensuring that the portfolio health is maintained within accepted risk parameters. Interact with spocs at various partners of Mobikwik namely NBFC;s and banks and analyse portfolio quality. Key responsibilities include: - Work closely with bank and NBFC partners to enable joint policy creation - Improve the current risk models and have the ability to work on large data groups - Create and understand major and small segments on which policy opening and tightening actions can be taken. - Knowledge of various products is a specific added advantage - Small ticket Personal loan - Instant Personal loan - Credit line - Credit card - Responsible for analysis and providing input of actions that can and needs tot be taken and suggest input for top management - Be the first gatekeeper of policy in the organization, Work on compliance to ensure that the policy written on paper is implemented on ground and on the app. - Responsible for Using Business Intelligence Metrics and the highest standards of Credit Control for driving the risk management function. - Should understand basics of fraud elements and see what actions are required to prevent and minimize fraud - Implement digital under-writing models and keep updating the performance of the model on monthly level and suggest changes. - The candidate shall be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the lending portfolio by planning and providing inputs to Risk policy head/CRO - Provide senior management advice on credit risk issues in strategic decision making - Develop continuous monitoring and improvement of the quality of the organization's credit and lending portfolio through credit policy direction and implementation - Knowledge of data analytics tool like SAS a plus.
