Role

- Drives Programs with internal and external stakeholders with high Ownership and deliver the projects in stipulated time with strong stakeholder alignment towards the common goal.

- Drives strategic and tactical decisions for Product Development.

- Identifies and solves broad and complex issues.

- Works with Technology, UX/Design, Business, Marketing and Customer service teams to drive the project to successful completion

- Manages cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes

- Negotiates with external stakeholders regarding product development scope, product launch plan, user experience and project timelines

- Establishes success measures and create project plan. Monitor and adjust execution strategy to achieve success measures.

- Leads cross-team collaboration through influence versus direct management; excellent interpersonal global skills.

- Demonstrates strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making.

- Negotiates and motivates others by driving the creation of well thought out proposals/recommendations that specify a clear course of action.

- Comfortable with ambiguity.

- Influences and inspires others to adopt processes and improvements.

- Strong verbal and written communication.

- Takes personal ownership and accountability for ensuring that the project successfully completes and meets its defined success criteria.
