Job Description :
- Nurture a positive working environment that allows for constant development and engagement.
- Design and implement a healthy work environment through HR policies, namely Induction & On-boarding, Incentives/R&R, exit process etc.
- Bring best practices in the organisation.
- Ensure high performance by developing and managing an optimal Performance Appraisal system.
- Mitigate risks by ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage day-to-day employee-related matters, including leaves, attendance, payroll, grievances etc, in a timely, effective, principles-based manner.
The ideal candidate must have :
- 6-8 years of experience in multiple areas of Human Resource Management.
- Understanding of the importance of highly satisfied and motivated employees.
- Experience in managing a performance appraisal cycle.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated an ability to partner within and outside of HR.
- Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, team handling experience.
- Strong work ethic and unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.
- Attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity.
