Responsibilities : - Architect and lead the strategy for Advertising, Re-targeting, Mobile Marketing and Offline (ATL, BTL, partnerships) marketing activities. - Create, own, and implement overall marketing strategies, providing leadership and direction to team members - Own and drive the customer experience and platform quality, and coach managers in creating impactful platform experiences with therefore driving user acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV) maximization. - Optimize acquisition and retention through data insight - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that empowers digital-led transformation and growth mandates, geared towards improving business health and consumption outcomes. - Develop strategies for inbound and outbound campaigns including tactics such as SEM/SEO, Email, Social, affiliate, alliances and more to build lead database and increase qualified opportunity creation. - Manage, track, report and present programs budgets by channel - campaign costs, performance, and ROI through the demand generation life-cycle. - Plan and drive marketing functions and the control operations (product development, branding, communications etc.) to ensure end to end objectives meet. - Create a solid network of strategic and sustainable partnerships (Digital and Offline), developing strategies and business cases and driving initiatives to grow revenue across the business. - Manage relationship with Digital agency, creative agency and offline- vendors. - Initiate market research, monitor industry news, technology trends, ecosystem developments, and competitive moves which influence customer needs. Preference : - 10+ years in marketing/ digital, with at least 3 years across eCommerce. - Should have team handling capabilities as well as should be hands on across across gamut of marketing (SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ Google Adwords/ Display/ Social Media marketing/ ATL- BTL/ Activation/ User Growth/ Brand marketing and Partnership & Alliances)
