Role: Category Manager will be an integral part of the core wallet BD team. The role will be to understand the market share, competitor analysis, existing products/services available in the category, their market positioning, gaps in the market, account management, engagement and develop strategic joint business plans. Responsibilities: - You will be responsible for managing the entire P&amp;L of the category - Setting up the team that will be reporting to you - Managing the marketing activities of the category - Day-to-day fulfillment - Track transactions and fulfillment data, and come up with process improvements based on insights from the data - Marketing - Work with marketing team to create relevant, targeted campaigns - Engagement - Set up processes for merchant engagement - P&amp;L responsibility - Monitor revenue, expenses and margins - own the product P&amp;L completely Qualification: - PG from a top-tier college Qualities - Ability to take ownership and drive things, analytical, eye for detail, ability to deal with traditional businesses and negotiate on commercials, iterative approach - build hypothesis, experiment, collect data and improvise, strong interest in direct-to-consumer business
