MobiKwik - Associate Program Manager

The position is centered on developing and executing technical business programs.TPMs are managers and must be able to manage projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

- Timely High-quality delivery of projects with high internal and external dependencies

- Work with internal and external business and value chain partners

- Project manage deliveries of high technical complexities and frequent changing landscapes

- Manage Agile sprints

- Work with senior leadership and maintain alignment on strategic projects

- Focus on metrics-driven impact and not just deliveries

- Own things end to end

Key Skills :

- 0.6m+ years of experience as a TPM in prior projects

- Excellent communication skills

- Prior experience in Fintech TPMing is a definite plus in this role. Exposure to working with financial institutions as partners is a bonus.

- Maintain Structured roadmaps, Ability to analyze data pertaining to projects in a sharp way.

- Ability to assess risks and mitigate with ahead of time planning

- Strong technical acumen, prior experience in delivering software projects is a must

- Working knowledge of how APIs work, communicating and understanding high-level and low-level design documents.

- Understanding of large scale multi-dependency designs

- Working in fast-paced, dynamic environments is a key skill here
