Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis(FP&A) function at Mobikwik across all verticals within Payments and Financial services Business Units.

- Partner with Accounts / business teams, identify, plan and track appropriate performance measures, key performance indicators and associated drivers.

- Preparation of AOP, Monthly/quarterly financial plans.

- Drive projects for financial efficiency.

- Influence and drive business decision / action with appropriate analysis and comments.

- Drive business reviews / presentations.

- Drive partnership with Internal and External stakeholders.

- Manage P&L and the cash flows of the company.

- Graduate / Post-Graduate from a tier 1 University/Business school. 7-8 years of relevant work experience.

- Prior experience in ecommerce, fintech or other financial institutions.

- Strong analytical and presentation Skills. Self-starter with high sense of ownership.

- Expertise in MS Excel, Power Point.
