Role : - Leverage advanced Machine Learning and Big Data Analytics to credit risk score and assess millions of users using more than 5,000 datapoints over a long period of time wrt various dimensions - Build ML based credit underwriting models that can serve the under-banked or thin file borrowers by using alternate data from social platform and mobile phone. Experience in usage of non standard data in decision making work flow will be an added advantage. - Create End-to-end credit assessment Data Science solution that can suggest best possible loan offer to customers - Help functional teams manage their P&amp;L by providing data backed strategy insights and help teams set right price and right line for the right customers - Big Data platform to analyse customer data from Web, Social and Mobile APP Develop suitable data mining models on product domain like PL, consumer products, SME products and Ability to Identifiy variables that could have raise risk beforehand and use the variable to create a prediction model for risks. Candidate should have created atleast 2-3 risk models and tested the efficacy of the modelling output. Requirement : - Knowledge of Statistics from ISI or any other premier institution is a must. - Experience with at least one scripting language (Shell, Python, Perl etc.) - Experience in machine learning modelling techniques - Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, schema design, complex analytics - Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills - Experience with Data Warehouse design, ETL/ELT, architecting efficient software designs for DW platform. - Knowledge of database modeling and design in a Data warehousing context - Overall experience for 8- 12 years - Experience in engineering large-scale data warehousing systems in a product environment - In-depth understanding of technical and functional designs for databases, score cards and modelling is a must. - Current expertise in NBFC/Fintech in creating of score cards and iterating will be of critical importance.
