MBA or CA with 10 - 15 years of post-qualification experience in managing P&amp;Ls and annual/monthly financial plans by business lines. Responsibilities : - Building and managing P&amp;L and KPIs for multiple business units - Forecasting the revenue, costs, and profits for business lines as part of annual operating plan AOP - Tracking the monthly/quarterly performance against AOP - Highlighting insights in every business line for optimization of revenue/costs - Financial reporting to senior management - Partnering with different business team, accounts team and external partners - Preparation of commercial terms/ business models for new product/partnership launches General requirement: - Candidate with graduate/MBA/CA from premier institutes - MBA or CA with 10 - 15 years of post-qualification experience - Strong understanding of P&amp;L for consumer lending business - Excellent analytical and presentation skills - Strong sense of ownership and positive attitude - Candidate with a similar role in Fintech Startups, NBFCs, Banks, Insurance &amp; technology startups highly desirable - Excellent MS office skills and comfortable with digital reports and digital processes - Ability to mentor and motivate team of 5+ people.
