MobiKwik - Associate Director - Analytics - Lending Segment (11-14 yrs)
Associate Director Analytics Lending (Unsecured Personal Loan)
Key Responsibilities:
- Have a big picture vision and lead the innovation and development of leading digital lending products.
- Understand the technology that drives big data solutions (data warehousing, analytics, etc)
- Credit Risk analytics & strategy for personal loan products
- Expertise in Credit Risk for unsecured personal loan products to monitor and manage the performance
- Deep understanding of Risk metrics for performance tracking
- Experience and pre-acquisition, collection and fraud analytics
- Perform Portfolio Analytics, segmentation, hypothesis testing
- Be able to communicate within the company and work with customers, prospects and understand the competitive landscape
- Define the product roadmap that aligns with the company strategy and market opportunities
- Manage the development of the product from planning stages through implementation and continue with future development
- Have complete ownership of the planning and development process including the product backlog.
- Work and coordinate with engineering, Data science, and all other functional business areas to define, estimate and prioritize the work effort including QA and user acceptance.
