Role Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team in our New Delhi office.
- This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Mobikasa's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- You will be a key player in shaping our online presence and ensuring our communication effectively reaches our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Mobikasa's overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- This includes defining target audiences, identifying relevant platforms, and outlining content calendars and campaign plans.
- Content Strategy and Creation: Develop engaging and informative content strategies across various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- This involves brainstorming content ideas, planning content themes, and overseeing the creation of high-quality text, image, and video content.
- Social Media Marketing and Management: Execute social media marketing campaigns, including organic posting, community management, and exploring paid advertising opportunities.
- Manage the day-to-day activities across all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely engagement with followers.
- Social Media Optimization (SMO): Optimize social media profiles and content for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Implement best practices for SEO within social media platforms to improve reach and discoverability.
- Public Relations: Support public relations efforts by leveraging social media to amplify company news, achievements, and thought leadership.
- Engage with industry influencers and media outlets on social platforms.
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages.
- Engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner, fostering a strong online community around the Mobikasa brand.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and activities using relevant metrics.
- Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize future strategies.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously monitor the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, algorithms, and platform updates to ensure Mobikasa remains at the forefront
of digital engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall marketing and business strategies.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand advocate, ensuring all social media communications reflect Mobikasa's values and brand identity.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO) with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for different audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in social media management, including content scheduling, community engagement, and platform analytics.
- Ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of relevant experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective Content Strategies that drive engagement and achieve marketing goals.
- Exceptional English language proficiency (both written and verbal) is essential for creating impactful content and communicating effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns using relevant tools and metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing positively to team goals and projects.
- A Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in the technology or ecommerce industry is considered a significant plus.
- An MBA degree is also considered a valuable asset
