Position : Senior Manager - Sales

About the product :

OneClubNet - A product in incubation stage currently, which will enable private clubs and its members across geographies to engage and transact on a common platform.

- Traditionally, Inter-club access for private club members is restricted by affiliations & reciprocal agreements. OneClubNet breaks all such barriers and allows club members to transact and network with other clubs & its members, worldwide.

Position Description :

- We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our business development and sales activities for OneClubNet. The candidate will be directly responsible for driving the revenues and market penetration in multi geography scenario for on-boarding clubs and creating engagement opportunities driving business:

Key Accountability :

- Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics and plans to achieve sales and revenue targets on the platform

- Drive increased revenue and profit by driving traffic & activations to achieve the Company's ambitious growth.

- Drive engagement on the platform for the existing users to increase repeat business.

- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.

- Take ownership of the management of the sales functions of the business.

- Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels.

- Working to stringent targets, the candidate will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.

- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans.

- Ensure that sales targets are met month on month

- Maintain the client database in a structured manner

- Develop and grow key customer relationships and Implement strategies to expand the customer base

Key Skills Required :

- 7 - 9 years of sales experience

- Excellent Communication skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.

- Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment

- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads

- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions

- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.

- Target driven

- Ability to manage a diverse and independent customer base

- Demonstrated leadership and project management capability

- An entrepreneurial and creative approach to business

Preferred Experience :

- Full time MBA degree from a premier B-school is a must.

- Experience in any of Hospitality sales / Travel / e-commerce / domains is a must.
