Manager - Marketing Analytics  Objective: The Manager sets a clear, strategic vision and a plan for bringing actionable, innovative, improvised products and solutions to market.  KPA:  Market Research | Business driven Data Solutions | Presenting Analytical view upon researched data | Strategic Planning   Objective: This role is responsible to the growth of our overall business in applying analytics to business challenges. This role will deliver pragmatics solutions to drive revenue, increase market share and enhance customer loyalty.  - Partners with internal and external data providers, leveraging predictive analytics and advanced statistical techniques to drive strategic thought and effective decision making  - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand the company's business situation and develop data driven insights that can be understood and implemented to drive marketing strategies  - Execute market research, gather intelligence on current industry, technology, Competitor's strategy, and consumer trends, and summarizes research findings tailored to business needs  - Develop an analytic roadmap that helps augment current statistical business modelling techniques, quantitative and qualitative research and use analytical tools to generate analytical business / marketing results  - Perform Gap analysis, new product Suggestions, price comparisons or any other similar strategic research and make recommendations for planning and decision making  - Use a variety of data collection methods, tactics and develop the framework for standard reports and dashboards by creating powerful presentations which effectively demonstrate the value of analytic deliverables to senior management  - Account for the overall predictive decision-making; including profitability, timeliness, quality and value  Desired Skills:  - Advanced degree (Masters) in Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business (quantitative degree) / MBA from tier 1, tier 2 or similar institutes  - 4-9 years professional hands-on experience with modeling, data mining, and advanced segmentation using large marketing databases, reporting, business and sales forecasting  - Experience in Online Healthcare / Pharma industry is preferred  - Good working knowledge of MS Word, XL, PPT, MS Access and SQL and any other statistical models.  - Ability to think strategically and - big picture-, to formulate appropriate analytic solutions to solve business needs  Vacancy: No. of Positions: 01
