What story will you write? - Establish and operate a maintenance function which supports the production departments to achieve the highest operational efficiency and meets all statutory and legal compliances - Recommend and implement strategies for all utility services and installation of new machinery in new projects - Implement the best global practices to lead a highly skilled and responsive maintenance team - Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and provide proactive support and solutions when required - Minimize costs by setting up a robust inventory management system for spares and maintenance utilities - Co-create a culture that enables us to be the best place to work in India. Where have you been? - You are an engineer with more than 12 years of experience in Metal industry where you mostly provided maintenance support to manufacturing units - You have managed Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for maintenance and engineering in your prior roles - You understand TS16949, IOSH/NEBOSH, ISO 14001, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), lean manufacturing - Are a member of an appropriate professional body such as the Institute of Manufacturing Engineers - Have working experience in a continuously running process industry, handling metal refining and casting especially of nonferrous material. - Have handled equipment related to foundry especially induction furnaces, have handled equipment and pipelines and corrosive chemicals including acids and alkalis - Have a thorough idea of equipment/ services related utilities such as HT lines and HVAC Where will you work? - Our Plant in Sohna (near Gurgaon) in Haryana What does compensation look like? - You should expect a performance-based, fair and very feedback oriented culture - Your exact starting salary will depend on your experience, fit and you are potential
