This advertised role is for Strategy and planning - CEO Office, a corporate office management position. Where do you start? You start in the role of Strategy, and Planning in CEO Office. This role will be populated by 2-3 associates playing similar roles. What story will you write? - You will work closely with the CEO in helping the company achieve its strategic and operational goals, by delivering key internal and external projects that are critical to the success of the company - You will own the creation of all external facing material produced by the CEO office for senior engagements with the promoters, board and all employees - You will have a deep understanding of the company business model, the underlying profitability and levers for different business verticals What will you think about?&nbsp;(a lot of time) - Am I pushing the CEO to be better at his/her role every day? - Am I exhibiting the values I want to see every day in the people around me? - Am I excited to be here, because I see myself become the best version of me? Most consulting firms, banks or fast growing - start-up- teams have this. Financial numeracy : You should be able to use excel for building business models and want to understand financials. You don't need to be an accountant, just someone who is curious about business and comfortable with numbers. Critical thinking : You must be a logical thinker. This one is hard to - develop- unless you have had either a world class education, or a world class boss, or are yourself truly a natural deep thinker. We would have to interview you for this. Effective presentation skills : You enjoy crafting world-class presentations for senior audiences, while anticipating questions in advance, and being prepared with your own analysis and internal logic to defend your thoughts Where have you been? - You will have 5-7 years of experience in a top-notch organization, or with a great boss who you have learned a lot from. Ideally, you are someone whose teams will really miss when you leave but will understand your reasons for doing so. - It will help if you are from the consulting/ banking background, so you can hit the ground running in terms of presentations, but this isn- t a must. Being from a strategy and planning background is nice to have, for similar reasons - You may be someone who has been a consultant at a top notch firm, but now wants to get their hands dirty to drive on the ground implementation/ you are from a strategy office and already know how fast growing organizations think - MBA's from top global schools are welcome to apply, but it is important to demonstrate on the ground experience of having worked in India - We are strong believers in diversity; our top CXO positions are held by women. This is really nothing to be proud of as this is the way the world should be. Similarly, it would be really nice if the CEO-office can catch up and have some great women colleagues on board. Where will you stay? - You will be based at our corporate office in Green Park, New Delhi. - You should be flexible to work from our plant at Sohna or from the corporate office in New Delhi.
