Age group - 45 years to 52 years

Job Description (but not limited to)

1) Reviewing the manpower status and the optimum utilization for the process.

2) Ensuring that the Production Plan is followed as per the market requirements.

3) To manage the operation in the plant.

4) To optimize the productivity of all available resources in the plant.

5) Ensuring the safety of the men and material in the plant.

6) Ensuring that all operations are carried out in safe manner by trained staff.7)

7) To check the maintenance of the department, premises and equipment

8) Impart training with respect to On Job training, GMP, Safety, Hygiene, application and principles of production

9) Ensuring the statutory requirement is fulfilled.

10) Ensuring that the right candidate is recruited for the right activity with position

11) Interaction and approval for final selection of the shortlisted candidates for Production and warehouse area.

12) Suggesting and maintaining the plant level policy for its effectiveness in procedure and maintain transparency.

13) To ensure the proper distribution of work

14) To assess the employees performance.

15) Reviewing the existing layouts and identifying the gaps with respect to current GMP requirement.

16) Suggesting for the necessary changes desired and prepare the layouts as per the cGMP requirement for approval before execution.

17) Selection of plant equipment, machinery, water system and HVAC based on the specifications.

18) Preparation of the CAPEX required for the revised plan for the up-gradation.

19) Participate in vendor audits in order to procure the quality material and equipments

20) Responsible for suggesting the changes desired in the plant for the better fitment and execution of the plant equipments.

21) Prepare the timeline chart with the team for execution and follow the same.
