E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager - Drive funnel acquisition for an e-commerce brand through performance marketing activity on major digital platforms including social, display, and PPC channels. - Execute & Optimize user acquisition, retention campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Search, Display Network, managing performance as per business requirements - Execute and improve all paid search tactics through hands-on, daily optimizations across paid channels along with the agency. - Define marketing KPIs, identify new opportunities, and support sales efforts - Campaigns/activities across various channels, including but not limited to paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), SEM (Google Ads) Email - Work with product marketing, content and creative teams to set-up and launch campaigns - Build and execute all email marketing programs, including owning the segmentation and deployment - Collaborate with agency to develop clear and detailed reports to communicate effectiveness of campaigns against KPIs - Proactively provide insights and recommendations to optimize and improve digital results and to implement new tactics and strategies to test - Stay on top of best practices, new features and trends in digital marketing channels and - Manage budget, internal resources, and agencies, to achieve KPIs and continuous innovation Qualifications: - Experience in B2C Digital marketing, preferably from E-commerce/Retail/Food/Fashion. - 4+ years in a performance marketing role at an agency or in-house - Hands on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook platforms - Experience with Marketing automation tools and Data Platforms preferred - End to end understanding of the advertising process, campaign set up, tracking, optimization, and attribution - Strong quantitative skills and the ability to analyze data and make data driven decisions - Ability to clearly communicate results, key takeaways and areas of opportunities - Excellent project management skills with proven track record to meet deadlines! - Accountable, willing to take action, results driven, and detail oriented! - Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and experimental mentality
