HR Operations:

- HR Operations will focus on employee life cycle management from on-boarding to exit and ensure compliance with all internal processes and statutes with zero negative audit observations

HR Business Partner

- Should strong quantitative and analytical and problem-solving skills will be re quired to be successful in this role.

Public Relations

- Responsible for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships with the market and relevant stakeholders.


- Ensure appropriate documentation to safeguard against legal and reputational risk


- Address Employee Relation matters with regular incident management, investigations

Talent Management and Talent Acquisition

- Develop create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent and improve recruitment and business performance.

- The candidate will focus on continuous measures on achieving continuous improvement, standardization and automation for in order to provide a - wow- experience to the employees.

Payroll and Compensation

- The candidate should have relevant experience in processing India payroll including in-depth knowledge of local statutes and income tax regulations.


- Knowledge of Adrenalin or any other HRMS tools will be considered advantageous. Further, the role is responsible for payroll processing and statutory compliance for employees through vendor.
