Chief Technology Officer/Co-founder

Responsibilities :

1. Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions

2. Push the limits of mobile devices and create great user experiences

3. Build smooth, stable, and attractive products

4. Develop features from design through implementation and launch

5. Perform code reviews that guarantee code quality

Preferred Qualifications :

1. A degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience

2. Experience in building and launching native and hybrid mobile applications Android, iOS, React Native/ Flutter

3. Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases MySQL, MERN or others

4. Proficient with data structures, algorithms, software design and object-oriented programming

5. Experience with profiling and optimizing both performance and memory usage of complex systems

6. Experience working with distributed systems

7. Experience with at least one of the following Cloud Providers: AWS, GCP or Azure

8. Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch and Computer Vision libraries like OpenCV is a bonus

9. Familiarity with systems programming languages like C++/C# is a plus

- Build and grow the eCommerce division and the platform experience of Misohe through its own portal and distribution network.

- Optimizing user funnel for the best customer experience and KPI performance.

- Build technology solutions that solve deep problems for people to have more and more customized and preferential experience towards a better mental health leading to changing the way people speak of it in social circles today.

- Setting up internal processes and policies.

- Building a content platform solving the problem for everyone whos fighting the stigma of mental health

- Building and nurturing a team to build a high growth company.
