Job Description - Reporting to the AVDP Finance & IT, you will be responsible to provide financial support to the largest Business unit. You will be required :

- To produce, analyze and issue financial information in support of the unit objectives and assist the management team in their goals. Provide an interface with the wider Finance functional team. Ensure timely and accurate financial information.

- To maintain weekly / monthly head-count and cost reports. Maintenance of cost trackers and review of margins, participation in cost down activities as directed, support finance team in achieving personal and business objectives.

- To prepare and submit Group Reports, preparation of profit and loss, balance sheet, forecast and cash flow statements for management review

The Successful Candidate - You must be a qualified CA/ICWA/CIMA with 8-10 years of post qualification experience in a management reporting profile. You must have hands-on exposure to working on IT platforms, generation reports, working on complex financial models in a multinational set-up managing multiple product lines. You must have the ability and characteristic to engage people and resolve issues. You must have fluent communication skills and ability to perform in a stand-alone role
