MIS Reporting & Business Planning Role

Role: MIS & Business Planning

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Key Objectives of the Job:

- MIS reporting on the performance of the Company, Division, Product and Sub-Products

- MIS Reporting on Key Performance Indicators - Disbursals, Book, Portfolio, IRRs, Fee, Costs etc.

- Forecasting annual and periodic budgets by coordinating with business

- Supporting and management of the entity level reporting

- Assembling monthly SBU reporting including assistance of with the analysis of budget vs actual including Variance Analysis

- Revenue Assurance and Cost Optimization Projects

- Undertaking projects and ad hoc analysis as required by the senior management.

Major Deliverables:

- Annually/ Quarterly/ Monthly entity level decks.

- Budget closure activity and requirements thereon

- Ad hoc reports and project delivery in line with the requirements

Specialized job competencies:

- Should possess experience in MIS and Planning Team

- Should possess audit / accounting experience for minimum of 4 years

- Should have mentored minimum of 3 team members.

- Ind AS knowledge will be preferred

- NBFC or Banking Experience will be preferred

Desired Experience: 4-6 Years of Experience, NBFC or Bank Experience Preferred
