Roles & Responsibilities :

- This role is for building and operating a variety of distributed data delivery and processing systems. The key focus is on creating scalable artificial intelligence data pipelines.

- You will contribute to lead the team and architect and develop software and pipelines to shorten the algorithm development life cycle from data curation to integration and deployment.

- Design, build, test, and maintain machine learning infrastructure to empower data scientists to rapidly iterate on model development.

- You need to deploy using edge computing and cloud, deal with solving complex system issues and continuously improve the performance of the services.

- Strong engineering and technology background with the ability to learn quickly and go deep into our product solutions

- Have the competencies to build very strong partnerships with other technology leaders that enable your team's ability to stay on the leading edge of industry solutions

- Consistently attain/exceed individual and team goals

- People management and organizational transformation skills are essential to the success of the role. He/she will contribute in platform designs, development aspects with focus on delivering end-to-end solutions and build reusable framework and utilities

- Streamline the deployment process and drive continuous integration and delivery practices leveraging pipelines and automation

- Responsible for DevOps and Cloud Engineering Enablement with the overall goal of dramatically improving development productivity, quality and time to market - as well as client experience metrics for availability, usability and responsiveness

- Modernise our existing tech stacks and data platforms

- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines

- Define and manage Data processes including Ingestion, curation, data governance, Data Quality and Data cataloging

- Maintain operational SLAs including system up-time, time to respond, time to resolve and closure rates

- Define training and growth strategy for team

- Demonstrate deep understanding of AI applications as well as the specific infrastructure to effectively create and deliver architecture roadmap

- Stay current with the emerging technology trends and demonstrate vast knowledge of tools and technologies within the AI industry, that are applicable to build products for vaccines busines. Identify opportunities to apply the latest advancements in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to the fields of manufacturing, Pharma and Chemical Industries

- Educate the team both from IT and the business perspectives on these new approaches, such as testing hypotheses and statistical validation of results

- Demonstrate a combination of business focus, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and programming knowledge to be able to quickly cycle hypothesis through the discovery phase of the project and excellent written and communications skills to report back the findings in a clear, structured manner

- We are looking for a Product Ops Lead (AI/ML),

- Bachelor's in engineering or sciences or equivalent relevant experience required

- Knowledge of product management

- Knowledge of Cloud Based Big Data platforms to design and implement state of the art scalable solutions.

- Knowledge of Data Governance and Quality standards to support the implementation of robust data quality and governance standards

- Knowledge of agile delivery to provide leadership with applying agile techniques to the team ways of working

- Experience in working with different integration architectures for identity, data, or infrastructure and cloud

- Ability to design complex system integrations of AI technologies with traditional API-driven platforms, using best practices for security and performance

- A higher degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry or related fields

Base Salary and Attractive ESOP Options
