Role:
- We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence head who will work closely with our founding team to build exciting products for enhancing safety and improving process quality for industries using computer vision.
- This role is for leading the ML team towards building the most advanced and latest models using computer vision to meet the client's needs and in compliance with Mirrag's vision. You should inherently have an Intellectual curiosity, along with excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, Review and implement Solutions applying advanced Data Analytics techniques including but not restricted to Machine Learning, Deep Learning and statistical analysis
- Develop and implement Linear and Non-Linear Optimisation Models; Present Scenario Analysis
- Troubleshoot, isolate and remediate model errors
- Experience in design documentation (data mapping, technical specifications, production support, data dictionaries, test cases, etc.)
- Provides technical leadership to a team of data science, data engineers and business intelligence developers
- Coordinate with other technology users to design and implement matters of data governance, data analysis, cloud implementation strategy, privacy, and security
- Relevant work experience in developing and implementing Machine Learning Models
- Experience in application of Linear and Non-Linear Regression, Statistics, Time Series Forecasting,
- Linear and Non-Linear Optimisation
- Experience in working with Natural Language Processing Techniques
- Proficient in SQL, Python
- Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and principles of product development such as installation, upgrade and namespace management
- Mentor team members
- Solid analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to build rapport within the firm and win clients' trust
- Willingness to travel extensively and to work on client sites/practice office locations
