Mirae Asset - Manager - Information Technology (5-7 yrs)
Manager - IT
Role and Responsibilities :
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN/Switching/VLAN's/Routing/Firewalls
- Network performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Application Monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Leased line monitoring & troubleshooting
- Vendor and Service provider coordination
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux OS.
- System Maintenance and fine tuning.
- Co-ordination with different teams until resolution.
- Inventory management, keeping track of IT assets and tagging the same.
Qualifications and Experience :
- B. Com or BE
- 5-7 Years of experience in IT Support Services
Preferred Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Preferable from BFSI domain
- CCNA/CCNP
- Familiarity with ITIL process such as Incident and Change Management
