Key Responsibilities
- Able to evaluate trends/themes in the respective sector and secure new mandates for the firm
- Have a knack for business development
- Brings along good relationships with various corporate and fund houses
- Well versed with excel and financial modelling
- Should be able to independently make business plans on his own
- In-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies including DCF
- Should be able to independently prepare pitch books/ presentations/ Information Memorandums with quality output
- Should be conversant with required processes, regulatory knowledge and financial aspects of transactions
- Capable of smoothly handling regular interaction and co-ordination with Clients / Lenders / Investors
- Ensure timely reporting and updating on critical issues to product specialist / client bankers
- Analyse client data / evaluate business opportunity
- Provide research inputs / market data with analysis
- Preliminary Identification of prospective clients / product ideas for bankers
- Efficiently use of available corporate / research database
Experience
8-12 years of relevant work experience
Qualification
MBA / CA / CFA
