Mirae Asset - Analyst/Associate - Equity Investments

Role and Responsibilities

Work along with senior members of the equity investment team to identify, evaluate and invest in mid-late stage VC backed companies across the entire available spectrum, viz. consumer tech, ed-tech, fin-tech, AI etc.:

- Develop internal knowledge base of mid-late stage VC backed companies;

- Track key developments in the sector, including trends, investments, exits etc;

- Identify potential investment opportunities through regular interaction with various entrepreneurs, networking events as well as other investors;

- Conduct in-depth analysis of industry and investment opportunities and develop bottoms-up investment case for internal discussions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- BE (preferably Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical) and MBA from reputed institutes

- 2 - 3 years of post-MBA experience as an Investment Banker covering mid-late stage investments in VC backed companies.
