About Mintifi

- We are Mintifi, a Mumbai based fintech working on India's first data-driven supply chain financing platform. We are the only 2nd fintech company in India to be funded by IFC, equity arm of World Bank.

- We are solving a huge problem of inefficient and costly access to credit for millions of Indian distributors and retailers using data driven and new-age credit models.

- We are disrupting the supply chain lending landscape in India by digitizing the end-to-end processes, quicker decision making by using technology, apply machine learning to improve the credit models, artificial intelligence to improve customer experience and make super cool front-end interfaces on both mobile and web to make lending a uber smooth experience.

Job Title: Product Manager

Responsibilities : 

- You would work closely with business and technology teams to plan and execute the product strategy of Mintifi. We are looking for individuals who can grow into future product leaders - people with leadership, drive and a passion for software products and design.

Define with business stakeholders the product roadmap for Mintifi

1. Focus on the - what & why elements of defining solutions

2. Analyze end - end process flow and consumer journey of the product

3. Handle product vision, product marketing, and client/partner management.

4. Defining success metrics and analyzing product performance

5. Creating elaborate mockups and wireframes with industry standard prototyping tools

6. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand the business processes, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.

Qualifications:

1. 4-8 years of experience with creating and managing product (Banking/Fintech experience would be preferred)

2. Experience in designing & understanding consumer journeys

3. Experience in designing wire-frames and product requirement documents

4. Communication & Management skills

5. Experience in digitization & automation of the business processes

6. Market & Consumer Insights & Research Skills

7. Graduate/Post-graduate from Tier 1 colleges
