Qualification: Engineering Graduate and MBA from Tier 1 Institute.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) To look for the opportunities in the mining sector.

2) To work with the top management for identification of mines and participation in the bidding process.

3) To wok with government departments to understand the government policy on mining auctions.

4) To prepare a project evaluation report, financial modelling, IRR, etc.

5) To look for the opportunities of entering the steel business by a greenfield project or acquisitions.

6) To prepare the organization for an IPO in a span of 3-5 years.
