You, as a TA Partner will help identify the needs of the organization and will be responsible for the management of projects to identify and on-board great talent. A few key responsibilities include the following -&nbsp; Recruiting - Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements. - Partnering with hiring managers to determine the kind of professional who would be an ideal fit. - You, at all times, will be in touch with candidates and help onboard new hires. - Source and hire across all Engineering teams; helping to drive our product and ultimately continue to expand our business globally. Stakeholder Management - Maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved. - Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. - Effectively manage relationships with agencies. Process Improvement - Unlearning and learning and transferring best practices to the workplace. - We expect you to be an active contributor, a thinker working to improve the way we hire and the methodologies we adopt to build out the recruitment function. - Provide an exceptional candidate experience: Go above and beyond to make their experience memorable. Job requirements - 5 to 10 years of proven experience in technical recruitment with Product companies or Startups ONLY. - Strong Technical Sourcing Expertise - Functional knowledge & Tech acumen: the role requires you to be very hands-on onto Sourcing through various Social &amp; Professional Networking channels. - A motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for recruiting. - Hustler, with a strong can-do mentality, who is joining us to build on a vision, not to do a job. - Ability to work under pressure, tight timelines and in the growth environment. - Strong sense of excellence and will to do more and more.
