MindTickle - Senior Product Trainer (5-8 yrs)

We need curious, customer-focused team members who are driven by successfully enabling customers on the MindTickle platform to join our rapidly growing Customer Enablement in the US. In Customer Enablement, we provide customers with easy-to-use, high-quality, just-in-time education on using the MindTickle Platform, raise awareness on the latest MindTickle has to offer, and create connections within our community to promote knowledge and best practice sharing.

As a Senior Product Trainer, you will design, develop, and deliver highly engaging instructor-led training (ILT) workshops for the MindTickle platform through public and customized onsite workshops. All of our workshops are currently delivered virtually and we will offer in-person training when it is safe to do so. We need a passionate trainer who can connect with users of all levels and transform them into MindTickle experts. ILT is a newer service for us. You will have the opportunity to work with our existing team to help shape and further define our offerings while laying the groundwork for bringing them to more locations around the world. And you will collaborate with colleagues in the US, India, and EMEA to develop and market our educational offerings.

Responsibilities:

- Apply knowledge of instructional design and adult learning to design, develop, and deliver engaging product training for a global audience.

- Work with clients to assess requirements, develop a proposal, design and deliver solutions for custom training requests.

- Design impactful content, materials, and facilitator guides for ILT.

- Deliver ILT or product-focused presentations online and in-person (when it is safe to do so).

- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with SMEs during all phases of development and delivery as required

- Monitor program metrics to evaluate effectiveness and impact.

- Create and maintain project plans for development and delivery projects.

- Coordinate training schedule, venue procurement (as required), and communications for advertising and registration.

- Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across audiences and modules.

- Assist in training and mentoring less-experienced members of the team as required.

- Develop and maintain a high degree of product knowledge and related technologies.

- Partner with Customer Enablement team members, Product Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Support, and more to develop targeted, use case/application-focused training.

- Maintain flexible work hours to support training delivery across the APAC and EMEA.

Required Expertise:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as an instructional designer and trainer in a technology company, preferably SaaS.

- Experienced in instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning theory.

- Familiarity with MS Office, G Suite, JIRA, and Slack.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Proactiveness and an attitude to own and drive projects from idea to final deployment.

- Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
