MindTickle - Senior Manager - Talent Enablement & Organization Development - TISS/XLRI (8-15 yrs)

The role requires the person to develop and implement strategies to enable a culture of performance and to improve employee engagement within MindTickle. You will need to promote an environment of continuous learning and development. The person will require exceptional consulting and program management skills, and be able to confidently communicate with all levels of leadership. You need to have had a relevant recent experience in creating and shaping a culture of performance and development in a global environment. Job Responsibilities

- Focuses on establishing a performance management rhythm that includes ensuring OKR's across levels, periodic performance assessment, 360 degree feedback and succession planning process

- Drive OD initiatives such as competency framework, right spans & layers, Milestone programs, D&I programs, employee interest groups and such initiatives that help to enhance organization capability

- Program Manage the various people initiatives and share the progress with stakeholders

- Helps to preserve a common global culture. Takes lead in communicating culture through culture book, culture stories, coaching employees and managers on company values

- Leverages analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive smarter decision making

- Actively engage with managers & leaders to identify the development needs of their teams and individuals

- Manages & delivers talent programs that promote the development of internal talent

- Create engaging learning experiences having clear learning objectives

- Is able to translate talent initiatives into business success outcomes

- Acts as an advocate of company talent to organization leaders

- Develops roadmaps and career paths for progression to next levels

- Guide people to develop individual development plans

- Manages the onboarding process to ensure a faster and consisted integration

- Manage the welcoming and onboarding of new employees on to a 30-60-90 days plan

- Take exit interview feedback for all the leavers to identify areas of improvement that can help to reduce attrition and make improvements.

Qualifications:

- Should have 10+ years of experience, at least 3 years of which should be as Manager of Talent Management in organizations of repute

- Masters Degree in HR from TISS, XLRI, International Universities including LSE, Oxford etc. A Bachelors in Engineering will be preferred

- Should come with excellent interpersonal skill, be energetic, proactive, agile, aggressive (can drive projects to closure) and have a structured thought process

- Should have experience of working in a high growth, culture-centric environment

- Have a data driven mindset and experience with data/analytics

- Needs to bring excellent social skills and high emotional intelligence empathy, curiosity

- Strong communicator, ability to hold a room, convey a message both in a live and virtual setting
