Mindlance - Business Head - Sales - Staffing & Recruitment Segment (14-18 yrs)
- Must have strong understanding of MSP/Contract staffing business model from an India perspective including rates, compliances
- Must have been the business/delivery head for a MSP or Contract staffing business
- Responsible for the end to end delivery of multiple accounts or a single large account
- Stakeholder management - As Staffing leader for MSP/Contractual Business for India - manage internal & external stakeholders & manage strategic alliances with clients
- Engaging with clients to ensure appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned and put in place and forecasting is achieved
- Ability to write and close proposals
