Mind over Matter is a venture of IIM-Ahmedabad Alumni having experience in the corporate world both nationally and internationally. We strongly believe that our current education system is not producing enough Leaders who will shape the future of our country. To prepare our young generation of today, we have integrated world class tools and methods in our programme to create a path-breaking programme and learning environment. What we are looking for?

Experience and Professional Requirements:

- Strong command on Communication & English Language skills

- Proficient in advanced English usage concepts

- Proficient computer skills and use of technology

- Exposure to Experiential teaching and training would be desirable

- Inclination towards Communication and Comprehension methods and exposure to best methods to connect Grammar concepts with Real Life communication needs

- Ability to assess problem areas and attitude to coach young minds

- Ability to relate with young minds and handhold them to be a self-learner

- Attitude to learn new methods & concepts and unlearn old methods

- Graduate or Post Graduate in English

- Ability to develop individualised plans in line with programme objectives and facilitate learning by building a relationship with young minds
