Mind over Matter Learning - Learning Centre Head (5-12 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for establishing, running and growing Mind over Matter Learning Centre in Noida

- Lead a team of teachers to achieve excellence in program delivery to children

- Closely monitor student performance and improvement plans designed by teachers

- Drive parent engagement and communication through laid out processes

- Work closely with parents and teachers to effect improvement in learning outcomes in children

- Work closely with the marketing team to conduct parent workshops in neighborhoods to further the name of the company and to increase student enrollments

- Meet and advise parents about programs that their children should undertake

- Work closely with the admin team for day to day administration of the centre

- Work closely with founders of the company to improve Mind over Matter Learning Programs

- Build and nurture strong relationship with parents and parent community in the neighborhood

- Drive high renewal percentage of programs through effective program delivery and parent engagement

- Ensure skill development of self and team on a periodical basis

- Collaborate with other colleagues to identify areas where Mind over Matter Learning can excel

Candidate Background and Personality Traits

- Proficiency in Maths or English as a subject

- Experience of teaching Maths or English is required

- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly with parents and children at the same time

- Graduate /Post-Graduation in Maths, English or Science. B.Ed is desirable but not mandatory

- Proficient computer skills and use of technology

- Exposure to Experiential teaching and training would be desirable

- Ability to assess problem areas and attitude to coach young minds

- Attitude to learn new methods & concepts and unlearn old methods

- Passion to work with young minds

- Courage to challenge status-quo

- Positive Attitude to problem solving

- High levels of patience

- High levels of self-drive

- High levels of commitment and dedication

- Ability to work in teams

- Be a reliable person with high levels of integrity
