Million Sparks Foundation - Senior Project/Program Manager

- The organisation is a non profit organisation working in the area of capacity building of teachers and school leaders.

- It is looking for a highly empowered and proactive member for its team who will work extremely closely with the founders and will help streamline the delivery process and ensure good collaboration amongst members across teams.

- Will help teams and team members create their plans, prioritize various tasks and stick to the plan while being mindful of the dependencies which exists and ensure that the organisations delivers as per its plan.

- The person should be a self starter who takes ownership, and is able to manage cross functional teams.
