Millimans New Delhi Non-Life Actuarial Practice is looking for actuarial professionals with strong analytical, problem solving, and technical skills, who have a strong desire to expand their actuarial skills, are committed to obtaining Fellowship, and have a career goal of becoming an actuarial consultant.

Job description :

- To work closely with the project team/s and our consultants working across the globe to ensure high quality client deliverables.

- To work effectively in a team of 3-5 members.

- To deliver diverse range of projects (actuarial modelling, actuarial valuations, pricing reports, market reports and many more types of projects) for local market as well as for practices located in different parts of the world.

- To help develop and maintain client / internal relationships.

- May be required to travel overseas

Desired qualifications / competencies :

- Masters or Bachelors degree in a relevant field with a good academic record.

- 0-2 years of professional experience

- Superior math aptitude and quantitative ability

- Prior SAS, R, Python and SQL experience is preferred

- Basic understanding of general insurance and health actuarial concepts

- Strong analytical, communication (written and oral), and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Ability to plan projects, identify project deliverables, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with quality procedures

- Ability to quickly learn complex actuarial concepts and share this knowledge with colleagues / seniors

- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time

- Ability to deliver high quality deliverables within the required deadlines.

- Self-motivated, high achiever with a high degree of integrity and the ability to handle stress / pressure.

Qualifications :

Education Required : Bachelors or better in Mathematics or related field.

Preferred : Masters or better in Mathematics or related field.
