Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design and implement a strategy to build a brand image and ensure its strong presence in the market.
- Mapping client's requirements & providing best products to suit their requirements;
- Should have hands on experience in corporate sales in FMCG Sector.
- Be responsible for acquiring new business to full potential to generate maximum revenue on a long-term basis.
- Reviewing and interpreting competition and market information to fine-tune marketing strategies
- Overseeing the smooth execution of sales promotional strategies such as sales schemes, campaigns, test marketing, free sampling and demonstration programs for market development.
- Responsible for executing business plan and communicate the strategy to drive revenue and results effectively.
- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
- Coordinate with extension team and updating customer feedback in terms of quality.

Skills & Experience :
- 5-8 years of experience in sales management.
- Strong contacts in Institutional & Corporate Sales.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Should possess good analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel across South India.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Any Degree / PG from reputed institutions.
- Should have experience in Dairy products.
- 7+ years, out of which minimum 4- 5 years should have exposure in corporate & Institutional sales.
