- 32nd is building the future of luxury retail with its online and offline ventures in Gurugram and Goa. We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition professional to join us. In this role, you will be entrusted with building and strengthening our talent pool.

Deliverables :

1. Build unique and innovative strategies to hire great and diverse talent in the ultra-competitive environment

2. Manage leadership hiring at global level across various functions

3. Handle and oversee various levels of hiring- both tech and non tech

4. Lead employer branding initiatives

5. Provide reports to track results, progress to goal, recruiting insights , market mapping etc.

6. Work closely with Business stakeholders in building diverse teams

7. Hire and develop a team of recruiters at various levels and capabilities

8. Create an influential candidate-employer relationship during the selection process

9. Orchestrate the entire recruitment process till offer generation

If you have :

- Work experience of 4+ years in Talent Acquisition and building exceptional teams

- Exposure to full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strategic thinking

- Passion for headhunting
