About the role :

We are looking for an individual to oversee all functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees. The responsibilities in this role will include implementing policies, managing payroll and compliances, handling employee grievances, creating HR budgets, and maintaining internal HR systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our HR initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a healthy, conducive work environment in the organization.

Responsibilities :

- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for blue collar employees

- Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives

- Managing the entire employee lifecycle and related documentation

- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and single-handedly managing all the related submissions

- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compliances and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

- Monitor internal HR systems and databases

- Assist in designing and implementing company policies

- Administer compensation and benefit plans

- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates for various departments like: security, housekeeping, maintenance, horticulture, etc.

- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace and enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities

- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies, labor regulations, and other procedures

Requirements :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field

- Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role

- Rich experience in managing blue collar employees

- Good knowledge of labor laws

- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems

- Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages for blue collar employees

- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
