ADP Systems Analyst
- Provide support and training to Corporate and Region staff regarding HRIS System Processes, Analytics and Ad-Hoc Reporting requests.
- Partner with Global System Manager on all system projects.
- Lead and manage all system projects.
- Manage daily integrations/ data feeds between different HR Systems to ensure accuracy.
- Manage HR shared inboxes and helpdesk queue and provide systems support including, but not limited to, researching, resolving, escalating, and monitoring issues/ problems and interacting with system vendors as appropriate.
- Act as first "line of defense" regarding employee questions or issues that are system-related, and working with third party vendor to resolve issues.
- Partner with U.S. Pay Services team to ensure payroll system is configured accurately and is compliant.
- Review current processes and make updates to improve overall process. This includes but not limited to, creating custom reports, adding dashboard widgets and updating system functionality.
- Create weekly reports for internal departments and external vendors to be provided by corporate delivery executives.
- Provide support on HR System maintenance (data integrity, audits, etc.) to ensure integrity of internal database files and tables.
- Assist with Data Security setup and support various HR Systems. Create security roles, groups, assign appropriate user access.
- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of System upgrades, new releases and patches.
- Assist with training based on the needs of end users via Zoom, training manuals, job aides, check lists, etc.
- Maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
- Lead year-end system duties and updates.
