Milestone - Senior Manager - Human Resources (8-10 yrs)

The Sr.Manager of Human Resources will be a key member of the senior leadership team at Milestone to ensure alignment of the people and talent vision and the company's strategy. The role is responsible for building and developing a best-in-class human resources function to support business needs and foster strong employee engagement. The right candidate will be both employee and company-oriented - a true executive with HR functional expertise. Prior Human Resources experience is a core competency for this role and we are focused on finding a business leader whose vision will fully align our organization for success.

This role will collaborate with the leadership Team to recruit, engage, develop and retain employees at Milestone throughout the Entire Employee lifecycle.

You have a proven track record of delivering innovative programs focused on performance management, learning and development, growing talent, succession planning and strategic talent planning. You have experience developing a wide range of content and facilitating training for all levels of employees. You have a track record of understanding business needs and taking the initiative to drive solutions in a value-added way. You enjoy partnering with others to do great things. In short, you are a top-notch Talent Management leader that is passionate about defining strategies and programs focused on accelerating employee and organizational performance through the design and delivery of customized differentiated learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with our leadership team and managers on all things people-related, including performance reviews, coaching, employee relations, organizational development, and recruiting.

- Strengthen Milestone's employer brand across numerous markets and professional communities (internal & external)

- Provide executive coaching to managers and leaders

- Attract, hire and retain top-quality employees with competitive salary and benefits

- Create, implement and oversee training programs & development of career growth paths

- Work with department managers to design desired training/learning programs for all WW employees

- Foster and cultivate Milestone's unique culture as we grow and expand geographically

- Help resolve conflicts/issues and enable managers and employees to resolve their own issues going forward.

- Establish accountability, identify solutions to resolve problems, foster a diverse workplace which enables all employees to contribute to the organizational to their fullest potential

- (Good to have) Formalities & designing of the Standing Orders Manual with legal compliance under - Shops And Establishments Act, Contract Labour Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, PF & ESI Act and other Acts.

- Managing day-to-day general administration to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of the company

L&D Responsibilities:

- Create, implement and oversee training programs & development of career growth paths

- Work with department managers to design desired training /learning program for employees

- Manage company-wide use of Cornerstone OnDemand, a learning & talent management solutions program

- Create, schedule & facilitate digital marketing program sessions to all new hires across all departments, including Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Programming & Software

- Develop & maintain training materials and programs covering topics including Customer Service, - Communication, SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM) & SEM

- Instruct new hires in best practices using SEO tools - both proprietary & external; CMS, local listing management, social media management, reputation management, analytics

Education and Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behaviour, Business Management, Human Resources Psychology, or related field preferred

- 8+ years experience in organizational development, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management functions or organizational development consulting

- 2+ years of experience managing an established Learning Management System (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Moodle, Blackboard or similar

- Prior experience in the IT & Digital Marketing Industry highly preferred.

- Strong project management and communication capability and a drive to meet commitments and deadlines

- Advanced MS Excel skills

- Strong mastery of MS PowerPoint

- Knowledge of and experience working with HR Talent Management Systems (i.e. Cornerstone, Workday, Success Factors, etc.)
