Milestone is looking for an enthusiastic Sr. Manager/Director, Digital Analytics to join the growing Analytics team. The person should have expertise in tag implementation using Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch. Should have good knowledge of Javascript, SQL and Python. Should be able to analyse data from multiple sources and provide insight

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing a team of web analysts in analysing and interpreting data from a website and other digital channels to inform business decisions.

- Working closely with senior leadership to understand the company's goals and priorities and developing web analytics strategies to support them.

- Design strategic solutions to solve customer problems and enable team to deliver.

- Perform storytelling through data to address customer concern & communicate impact.

- Identify optimization opportunities and work with COE & CS teams to implement these.

- Stay on top of latest trends within the analytics industry as well as ensure we adopt as team and company to stay cutting edge.

- Architect analytics & reporting framework in leading tools available in the market.

- Overseeing the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and other tools to help stakeholders understand website performance and user behaviour.

- Leading the development of new processes and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data analysis.

- Mentoring and coaching team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.

- Leading cross-functional projects and initiatives related to analytics.

- Providing guidance and leadership to other departments on the use of analytics to inform business decisions.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 12+ years of experience.

- Expertise in analytics implementation using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.

- Experience in data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau. Proficient in JavaScript, Python and SQL

- The ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.

- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify and solve problems, as well as to think critically and creatively to come up with solutions

- The ability to work well with others, including cross-functional teams and stakeholders, to achieve common goals.

- Strategic thinker and thought leader with ability to develop and implement long term analytics strategies that align with business objectives.

- Strong business acumen with an ability to use data to support decision making and derive business results.

- Good leadership skills with ability to guide and motivate the team. Good Project Management skills with ability to plan and execute projects from start to finish
